Objective: The Advanced Safety Management System (AMS-VCP) Training provides in-depth knowledge of safety management principles and the skills needed to implement, maintain, and improve an effective SMS in aviation. Emphasizing strategic leadership, the course covers fostering a proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and managing safety risks. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to lead SMS initiatives, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational safety. Syllabus Overview: 1.) Introduction to Advanced SMS: - Overview of SMS principles and evolution in aviation safety regulations. - Strategic leadership of Nominated Persons in SMS performance. 2.) Regulatory Framework: - ICAO Annex 19 and EASA SMS requirements. - Compliance and oversight by competent authorities. 3.) Safety Culture and Leadership: - Developing a proactive safety culture. - Leadership and accountability in safety goals. 4.) Risk Management and Hazard Identification: - Advanced risk assessment techniques. - Human factors and data-driven safety decisions. 5.) SPIs and Monitoring: - Establishing and evaluating safety performance indicators (SPIs). - Audits and compliance monitoring for continuous safety improvement. 6.) Emergency Response Planning (ERP): - Coordination with agencies and crisis communication. 7.) Continuous Improvement: - Root cause analysis and safety action planning. - Feedback loops and just culture principles. Completion: Certificate: Issued upon completion Competence: Includes practical exercises




Cancellation Policy
Course Booking: Booking Procedure: Customers can book virtual and frontal classroom courses through our website, by phone, or in person at our office. All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email or notification containing details of the course, including the date, time, location (if applicable), and any additional instructions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, customers must notify Skylift Aviation GmbH's customer service team at least 7 calendar days before the course date. Cancellation requests can be made via phone or email. Refund Policy: If a booking is canceled within the specified cancellation period, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the course. Refunds will be processed within [number of days] days using the original payment method. Late Cancellations: Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course date will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: Customers who cancel their booking within the late cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Rescheduling: Rescheduling Procedure: Customers may request to reschedule their booking to a different date or time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the original course date. Rescheduling Fee: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for any changes made to a booking. The amount of the fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of the rescheduling request. No-Shows: No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked course without prior cancellation or notification will be considered a no-show. No-Show Penalty: Customers who fail to attend a booked course without canceling in advance may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid for the course. Policy Changes: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
