Description

Objective: The objective of the EASA Air-Operations (OPS-VCP) Training is to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the applicable EU regulations for commercial air operations. The training focuses on key regulatory frameworks, management systems, and approval processes. By the end of the course, participants shall understand the fundamental operational requirements for commercial air transport (CAT) and shall be able to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance with European regulations. Syllabus Overview: Regulatory Framework: 1.) Overview of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 ("Basic Regulation"). 2.) Introduction to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 ("Air Operations"). Key Topics: 1.) Management Systems: Focus on safety management and compliance monitoring. 2.) Operations Manual: Structure, content, and regulatory compliance. 3.) Approval Processes: Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) and oversight. 4.) Alternative Means of Compliance (AltMoC): Demonstrating regulatory compliance. 5.) Support Programmes: Enhancing safety culture and personnel well-being. 6.) Oversight by Competent Authorities: Audits and compliance verification. Completion: Certificate: Issued upon completion Competence: No formal assessment required


Cancellation Policy

Course Booking: Booking Procedure: Customers can book virtual and frontal classroom courses through our website, by phone, or in person at our office. All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email or notification containing details of the course, including the date, time, location (if applicable), and any additional instructions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, customers must notify Skylift Aviation GmbH's customer service team at least 7 calendar days before the course date. Cancellation requests can be made via phone or email. Refund Policy: If a booking is canceled within the specified cancellation period, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the course. Refunds will be processed within [number of days] days using the original payment method. Late Cancellations: Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course date will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: Customers who cancel their booking within the late cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Rescheduling: Rescheduling Procedure: Customers may request to reschedule their booking to a different date or time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the original course date. Rescheduling Fee: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for any changes made to a booking. The amount of the fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of the rescheduling request. No-Shows: No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked course without prior cancellation or notification will be considered a no-show. No-Show Penalty: Customers who fail to attend a booked course without canceling in advance may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid for the course. Policy Changes: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
