Description
Objective: The Emergency and Safety Equipment Classroom Training (ESE-VCP) provides crew members with a comprehensive understanding of the emergency and safety equipment onboard an aircraft, along with the procedures for their effective use in both normal and emergency situations. The training focuses on regulatory requirements, equipment locations, operational handling, and practical techniques. By the end of the course, participants will confidently manage emergency equipment and implement safety protocols in a variety of scenarios. Syllabus Overview: 1.) Overview: - Legal requirements (EASA AirOps). 2.) Passenger Briefing Requirements: - Flight-phase-specific briefings. - Location and use of emergency equipment. 3.) Emergency Response Plan (ERP): - Activation criteria and location on board. 4.) Cabin Doors and Emergency Exits: - Operation, location, and safety precautions. 5.) Oxygen Systems: - Operation of masks, control panels, and shutoff valves. 6.) Fire-Fighting Equipment: - Handling extinguishers, protective breathing equipment, and crash axes. 7.) Ditching Equipment: - Life vests, life rafts, and sea survival equipment. 8.) First Aid Equipment: - Location, contents, and use of kits. 9.) Other Equipment: - Flashlights and passenger demo kits. 10.) Cockpit Controls (Optional): - Fire switches, APU switches, and ELT. 11.) Emergency Procedures: - Evacuation roles, smoke handling, and disembarkation protocols. 12.) Security Procedures: - Aircraft security seals and restraint devices. Completion: Certificate: Issued upon completion Competence: Written test (20 questions)


Cancellation Policy
Course Booking: Booking Procedure: Customers can book virtual and frontal classroom courses through our website, by phone, or in person at our office. All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email or notification containing details of the course, including the date, time, location (if applicable), and any additional instructions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, customers must notify Skylift Aviation GmbH's customer service team at least 7 calendar days before the course date. Cancellation requests can be made via phone or email. Refund Policy: If a booking is canceled within the specified cancellation period, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the course. Refunds will be processed within [number of days] days using the original payment method. Late Cancellations: Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course date will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: Customers who cancel their booking within the late cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Rescheduling: Rescheduling Procedure: Customers may request to reschedule their booking to a different date or time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the original course date. Rescheduling Fee: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for any changes made to a booking. The amount of the fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of the rescheduling request. No-Shows: No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked course without prior cancellation or notification will be considered a no-show. No-Show Penalty: Customers who fail to attend a booked course without canceling in advance may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid for the course. Policy Changes: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
